the first oven on new year 初釜








 yumyum~~
my teacher cooked black bean. very sweet and softly. how she put them with pine straw...? the gold salted fish guts is very good for palate freshener.

Inside of the pink mochi, some sweetened miso and a candied gobo (burdock root).

菱葩餅(ひしはなびらもち)は、ごぼうと白味噌餡とピンク色の餅を、餅もしくは求肥(きゅうひ)で包んだ和菓子。
by the by the mochi is a little bit hard to cut the stick. sometimes there is happening mochi is flying in the tea ceremony....
