according to comfort women,its tend to be misunderstood by big imbroglio.what is there is never existed any military with comfort women in the world.they were not sex slaves in Japan army,but prostitutes (No disrespect intended), they just contracted with the master of professional bawdyhouse.There was a state-regulated prostitution all of the world, prostitution had existed legally permitted by law administration.

* German Army
Managed the military brothels.no brothels in the occupied territories, the army set up direct management of comfort stations.comfort women were forced recruitment of local women. even up for the camp inmates. without any compensation to women.

* U.S.army
US occupation forced to order set up facilities in prostitution to Japanese government.

* former Soviet Union army
abducted Jewish or Polish women and they were forced into sexual slavery working without pay. without any compensation to women.

* china army
 when the salvage due to confusion during the war,almost Japanese women immigrated in china failed to escape,they were abducted and forced in Chinese Nationalist Party or The People's Liberation Army as slavery comfort women.no pay working, without any compensation to women.

* Korean army
Provided comfort women in the Korean War (even lawyer Kennich Takagi who help Korean comfort women accept the  fact well aware) when participating in the Vietnam War,a lot of half blood children called raihatan were left on local.
still today,South Korean government provide comfort women called yoro(洋郎) means that women for western men to U.S. military.without any compensation to women.

* Japanese army
Configuring the comfort women,5:2:2:1,japanese:Chinese:korean:others.
no needed for such forced draft,because of contracting directly with manager who managed local prostitutes in women's city (女衒).
the management of them were local business companies,turned the coach in the military.a high salary (monthly income of comfort women was 110 yen to 1350 yen,in the eria,the army general salary was 150 yen payment.surgeon charged in the health care and prevention of venereal diseases for comfort women.

leaving aside that us army done the smartest job completely,
its not same totally the substance of occupation translated as "comfort women".

in conclusion,korean wish to see the institution same as "comfort women in Chinese or korean army" and "comfort women in japanese army",that is caused big misunderstanding.

慰安婦に関して非常に誤解されがちなことがある。
それは慰安婦のいない軍など世界中どこにも無かったこと。
そして、日本における慰安婦とは軍と契約したプロの売春婦であることである。

当時は公娼制度があり、法律で認められた管理売春が合法的に存在していた。


【ドイツ軍】
売春宿を軍が管理したが、売春宿のない占領地では、軍直営の慰安所を設け、
慰安婦は現地の女性を強制徴用した。強制収容所の囚人用の慰安所まであった。
女性達への補償は全くされていない。

【アメリカ軍】
占領軍は日本政府に命じ、売春施設を設置させた。

【旧ソ連軍】
ユダヤ人女性やポーランド人女性を拉致し、強制的に慰安婦にして
無給で働かせていた。女性達への補償は全くされていない。

【中国軍】
大陸にいた日本女性の中には、敗戦に伴う引き揚げ時の混乱の際、
国民党軍や中共軍に拉致され、慰安婦にされるものが続出した。
女性達への補償は全くされていない。

【韓国軍】
朝鮮戦争でも従軍慰安婦を設け（この事実は、韓国人慰安婦を支援する
高木健一弁護士も承知している）、ベトナム戦争に参加した際には、
現地に大量の混血児を残した。また韓国政府は、現在でも駐留米軍に、
「洋郎」と呼ばれる慰安婦を提供している。
女性達への補償は全くされていない。

【日本軍】
慰安婦の構成は『日本人５・中国人２・朝鮮人２・その他１』で、
現地の女衒（娼婦の管理者）と契約したため強制連行など必要なかった。
経営は地元業者、監督を軍が担当し、高い給料を支払い
（陸軍大将の月給１１０円の時代。慰安婦の月収は１５０円～１３５０円）、
兵士と慰安婦の性病予防のため健康管理を軍医が担当。
破格の賠償も完全に済んでいる。

ご覧のように同じ「慰安婦」と翻訳される職業でも、中身は別物なのである。

要するに、韓国が「中国や韓国の慰安婦」と「日本の慰安婦」を
同じ制度だと思い込もうとしているということが問題なのである。

上の引用を比較すればわかる通り、全く経営システムが違うし、戦後処理の仕方も違う。
これは誤魔化されてはならないポイントだといえるだろう。


위안부에 관해서 대단히 오해되는 경향이 있는 것이 있다.
그것은 위안부가 없는 군등 온세계 어디에도 없었던 것.
그리고, 일본에 있어서의 위안부와는 군과 계약한 프로의 매춘부인 것이다.



당시는 공창제도가 있어, 법률로 인정을 받은 관리 매춘이 합법적으로 존재하고 있었다.

【중국군】대륙에 있었던 일본 여성 안에는, 패전에 따르는 철수 때의 혼란의 즈음, 국민당군이나 중공군에 납치되어, 위안부로 되는 것이 속출했다.
여성들에의 보상은 완전히 되지 않고 있다.

【한국군】조선 전쟁이라도 종군 위안부를 마련해 (이 사실은, 한국인위안부를 지원하는 다카기(高木) 겐이치(健一) 변호사도 알고 있다), 베트남전쟁에 참가한 때는, 현지에 대량인 혼혈아를 남겼다. 또 한국 정부는, 현재라도 주류 미군에, 「히로시(洋) 낭」이라고 불리는 위안부를 제공하고 있다.

보시는 봐와 같이 같은 「위안부」라고 번역되는 직업이라도, 내용은 다른 것이다.

요컨대, 한국이 「중국이나 한국의 위안부」라고 「일본의 위안부」를 같은 제도라고 깊이 생각하려고 하고 있다라고 하는 것이 문제다.

위의 인용을 비교하면 아는 대로, 완전히 경영시스템이 다르고, 전후 처리의 방법도 틀린다.
이것은 속여져서는 안되는 포인트라고 말할 수 있을 것이다.
