the recipe without baking powder is better?
the plate is Tachikichi,i had sakura colored new cake plates of Tachikichi but i donated to the charity since my house is very narrow....stupid me..

i use the chiffon pan 17cm as 1350yen $17 and palette knife in Majimaya 馬嶋屋 of kappabashi street かっぱ橋,they are for professional tools...but the result of my cooking is not good...why.
i use the valued matcha for cooking, 300g cost $50.
for Usucha,Koicha tea ceremony,needed at least the rank of 10g 700yen $10,but i drink it with shaking in home.o(*⌒―⌒*)oにこっ♪needed to keep in refrigerator of frozen room to keep flesh.

i recommend for your healthy not granulated sugar グラニュー糖,i usually use soft brown sugar 三温糖 or millet sugar きび砂糖 although they are little bit expensive. the cake will be not white, looking horrible a little of bit, but it is moistly and delicious.
