beautiful royal court in ancient Korea.but the fact was.....

Because the speech of this country is different from that of China, it [the spoken language] does not match the [Chinese] letters. Therefore, even if the ignorant want to communicate, many of them in the end cannot state their concerns. Saddened by this, I have [had] 28 letters newly made. It is my wish that every man may easily learn these letters and that [they] be convenient for daily use

so what hangul was just made for ignorant people.
Chinese character was only used by the privileged class.

then smart man can understand during in morning, ignorant can till 10 days.then used it,people can read and understand the content of the book.used it for hearing the appeal of people, you can understand the hurts.Chinese rhyme can distinguish between clear sound or dull sound, music can be beautiful melodic harmony. there are nothing with any flaw when using, everything can be attainment perfectly. the sound of wind, the voice of crane, voice of chicken, even the dog barks, all of which can be taken the dictation.

even King Sejong who established it by himself, senior officials and educated high class people who could use Chinese characters. to introduced hangul, they distinguished that Chinese characters were complex for common people.
Indeed, even high-level bureaucrats continued to use Chinese characters, Hangul couldn't spread, just as the letter for ignorant people.
however in the current Korea,Hangul is in golden age,and Chinese characters are out of vogue.why could Hangul be seen in the lightexactly?

really about that 1894, 450 years after the era of King Sejong, because hangul was officially established in the official language after the Gabo Reform.
That is, it may surprise, Empire japan had spread hangul with education, and reduced the analphabetic.
